How to Remove Acne Scars & Wrinkles Rapidly

As the body's most protective shield against diseases and environmental damage, the skin is highly susceptible to injury. When acne strikes during puberty, it can produce mild to severe tissue scarring. Sun exposure will age the skin, generating wrinkles early in life. Over-the-counter products for acne scars and wrinkle removal are available but lack malic acids, alpha hydroxy acids and vitamin E complexes essential for skin tissue restoration. Fortunately, you can try natural treatments that contain ample amounts of healthy acids and vitamins that are essential for removal of wrinkles and acne scars.

Things You'll Need

  • ½ tomato
  • 1 knife
  • Plastic Baggies
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 3 bowls
  • Cotton balls
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Tomatos for Acne Scars
Slice a half tomato into round sectional pieces. Place all but five slices of tomato into a plastic Baggie, storing in the refrigerator to keep fresh.

Lie down on your couch or bed and apply the five tomato slices on your face where acne scars are visible. Tomatoes contain lycopene, a natural antioxidant, and malic acids that fight free-radical tissue damage to produce a smooth, blemish-free complexion.

Allow the tomato slices to soak on the face for a minimum of 15 minutes. Discard the tomato slices, and rinse the face with cool water to remove excess tomato juices. Allow the face to naturally air-dry.

Repeat this treatment two times daily for three weeks for best results.

Lemon for Acne Scars
Pour one tablespoon of lemon juice and water into a bowl. Lemon juice is highly acidic and must be diluted with water to avoid irritating the skin.

Dip one to four cotton balls in diluted lemon water, and apply to areas of the skin where acne scars are present. Lemons contain alpha hydroxy acids that fight free-radical skin damage, exfoliate dead skin cells and naturally lighten darkened areas of the skin. Alpha hydroxy acids can easily target the upper skin layers due to their ability to liquefy effortlessly in water.

Allow the lemon juice to soak on the skin for approximately 15 minutes. Rinse with cool water and pat dry with a towel.

Diminish Fine Lines
Pour one tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil into a bowl. Dip one to three cotton balls into the coconut oil and apply to the entire face. Coconut oil is a powerful natural antioxidant that prevents free-radical cell maturation and provides strength to the skin's connective tissues, increasing elasticity to minimize droop and sag. Olive oil contains vitamin E and oleic acids, two natural ingredients commonly found in over-the-counter wrinkle creams. These ingredients moisturize the skin, reduce free-radical skin damage and act as a filler for fine lines and wrinkles.

Gently apply the coconut oil or olive oil to the facial skin by rubbing the saturated cotton ball in a circular motion, completely covering the face. Allow the oil to soak on the skin overnight, and rinse with cool water in the morning to remove.

Use oil treatments once daily for four weeks for best results.
