1. Lavender

Its scent can help reduce one’s stress hormones that is why it is often recommended to add a few drops of lavender oil to your bath to help you relax. To get more out of your lavender essential oil, add a couple of drops of this oil to your hand, rub them, and inhale. You can also add some to your pillows so you can breathe in its relaxing scent.
